However, there may be times where you wish AGENT AI Chat Bot had access to information you hold on your contact within your tied in system. This is possible by sending that information along with your AGENT AI Chat Bot web-hook!

The AGENT AI Chat Bot Request

Whether you’re using I Need Leads CRM, Salesforce, Podio, Hubspot or something else, these systems communicate with AGENT AI Chat Bot via a request. This request includes several key pieces of information like @lead_name (the contact name) and @rep_name (the name of your bot).
