Migrating from The I Need Group CRM V1 to V2 Connection

Everyone will need to migrate over to the new I Need Group CRM V2 connection before March 1st, this is how to do that.

We are updating our backend to work with I Need Group CRM's more up to date services. All I Need Group CRM plugins are required to move to this new standard. This article will show you how you can do that.

Make Sure You're Logged into the I Need Group CRM Sub-Account

You'll want to open a window and make sure you're logged into the I Need Group CRM account (or agency) that is connected to your bot. Keep this window open and verify the bot number that the account is tied to so you know which bot to reconnect it to. You'll be able to see the bot number in one of two places

1) Your Custom Values under AGENT Ai Chat Bot Bot Number

2) OR within Automations -> AGENT Ai Chat Bot -> Process Message (Receive Message) -> Webhook

Disconnect Your Bot from the Sub-Account

Go find this bot number in your account. You will need to disconnect your bot from your connected Sub-Account. It's important to take note of which account this bot was connected to so you know which account you will be reconnecting it to. As soon as this button is clicked, your bot will be disconnected and will stop working on that account.

Now click the Connect button that shows up after disconnecting

This will bring up another window where you will see I Need Group CRM accounts available to connect to. Select the same sub-account that the bot was previously connected to and wait for the corresponding screen to load after clicking once on your desired sub-account.

Summary

After you do this, you will be directed back to AGENT Ai Chat Bot where the screen should load, showing you the bot you just connected to. You should see the verification that this bot is connected with V2.
