Use the Same Bot for Multiple Sub Accounts

Follow this process to attach your favourite bot to multiple sub accounts using your I Need Group CRM API key.

Here at AGENT Ai Chat Bot, we're all about saving time. That's why we have bots right? To that end, lets go over how to use a bot you love in multiple sub accounts in the I Need Group CRM.

First, lets make sure we know where to find the I Need Group CRM API key for that sub account. Navigate to the sub account you want and go to Settings. In your Business Profile Settings scroll down until you see API Key and copy it.

Now that we have our API key for that sub account lets click into our Automations>AGENT Ai Chat Bot Folder>Process Message.

Click on the AGENT Ai Chat Bot Webhook and click on Add Another Item. In the Key field you can write "ingkey" and in the Value field add that I Need Group CRM API key we copied for the sub account you want that bot attached to.

You will repeat this process for any of the sub accounts you want to use this bot for.

Don't forget to click Save! And there you have it, a simple way to add your go-to bot for multiple sub accounts!

IMPORTANT: The bots you connect in this way will not have the ability to conversationally book appointments or have access to you custom fields you create. You will still need to create separate bots for each sub account in order to use these features.
