ADDING A CARD ON YOUR CRM WALLET

Adding a card to your company billing is essential to purchase a phone number within the CRM.

To add a card: Go to Settings > Company Billing > Add Payment Method

PURCHASING A PHONE NUMBER WITHIN THE CRM

Go to >Settings>Phone Numbers

You can now PURCHASE A TWILIO NUMBER - "Please Select Bundle/Address'' to Purchase Number.


For Dual Functionality (Voice and SMS enabled) Phone Numbers, please choose Mobile for the type of Phone.

Fill in your company information on the ''Lead connector Phone Service'' form.


Once your Regulatory Bundle / Address is set-up, go to Manage Numbers to purchase a phone number within the system.

NOTE:

Before purchasing a phone number within the system, it's crucial to complete the Regulatory Bundle Compliance. This involves adding a dedicated card within your CRM to document all compliance-related activities.

By completing this step, you ensure your organisation is fully prepared to meet regulatory requirements and minimise the risk of non-compliance.
